BASIC WITCHES

A circle of learning and practice

BasicWitches1.png
Basic Witches is...

an intimate circle of learning and practice.

We meet weekly to learn about body systems and herbs, and build in time to check-in about around our self-care practices of rest, joy, digestion and immune support.

The autumnal transition into winter is an incredibly difficult time to maintain a positive outlook, sleep hygiene, and food rhythms. Plus, there are all those tables of cookies winking at you at holiday parties. 🍪

Support yourself or your family during a stressful fall/election/holidaze season by being a Basic Witch.

You are invited to our circle of practice if you are wanting to…

  • Find ways to reduce insomnia, anxiety or worry

  • Reduce digestive discomforts (especially around holiday meals)

  • Boost your immune system for the short and long term

  • Find an herbal community of practice

BasicWitches2.png
If you sign up, my intention is for you to leave with…
  • A deeper understanding of the physiology of the digestive, nervous and immune systems

  • An empowered sense of when to reach for, and how to prepare herbs during fall and winter months for stress, sleep, digestive and immune support

  • Weekly accountability of daily self care

  • A growing sense of an herbal community and wellness support

FAQs

Do I have to attend sessions live?

Yes, and no: In the effort to build a community of practice, please plan to join the group as often as possible. If you know in advance that you will miss a session, it might be wise to skip this round and join another offering in the future (there will be more, I promise!). After years of offering workshops, I find that things come up last minute for folks, and it’s totally understandable to miss a session - that’s life!

Will the classes be recorded?

Yes! I will record the session and post it as an unlisted video on my YouTube. Participants will have access to it for the foreseeable future (in theory forever, but I might delete it eventually!)
