FAQs
Will the online class be recorded?
Yes! I will record Class 1: Nutrient Dense and Herbal Foods and it will be available to watch for at least 1 year. If you miss it, or want to review a topic, you can tune in for the replay, emailed out within 24-48 hours from the live class.
Can my kid join the workshop?
The in person workshops are best for people who can sustain their attention for up to 45 minutes. For this reason, we welcome adults and teens with a genuine interest in the process and ask all other folks to join us for another offering. See Bonnie Rose’s upcoming events calendar here.
To be notified of upcoming classes and herbal offerings, join my newsletter Whale Mail, offered every whale Wednesday.
Is the space ADA accessible?
Yes!
I have food sensitivities or allergies, would this workshop be ok for me?
If you have sensitivities or allergies, reach out. Likely we are making food that will be avoid common allergies and sensitivities, and if your allergies or sensitivities are uncommon, we may be able to work around them.
For the in person workshops, do I need to bring anything?
Not really, if you’re someone who likes to take notes you can bring a small notebook or plan a place to take notes on your phone or other device.
We will be outside! And we are in SF after all, so its usually wise to pack an extra layer, wear sunblock and have a sun hat (or beanie, or both!) in your bag just in case (from an herbalist's perspective)
