WHAT THE GUT?
Group consultations for people with sensitive stomachs

What the Gut is an interactive group consultation about digestive habits that designed to improve your mood, absorption and overall well-being.

It includes a 30 minute private consultation with herbalist Bonnie Rose Weaver.
Think of it like community acupuncture: there’s some learning, some accountability, a touch of health coaching, lots of herbalism and a community of support.
Each session, participants are encouraged to share about their health and well-being, knowing they are in a supportive group, and not alone experiencing digestive discomfort.
The sessions are tailored to the needs and themes of the group, providing individual care in community.
