And don’t think the garden loses its ecstasy in winter. It’s quiet, but the roots are down there riotous. - Rumi

The cyclical energy of life on Earth has ebbs and flows for good reason. Winter is a time for stillness. How can we best greet the night? How can we use the wisdom of plants to harness the power of silence? In this seasonal, interdisciplinary workshop we will cover practices to deepen into the energy of winter.

Through meditation, journaling, tarot, herbs and dreamwork, this class is for those who want to utilize the fertility of winter to harness a brilliant spring.
