BETWEEN THE WORLDS
What happens between the worlds,
changes all the worlds.
What a time to be alive!
As busy urban people, we often want more time to be creative, and struggle to prioritize the time we need to start/continue/finish our dream project(s).
And, there is a potency in the weeks between winter solstice and the gregorian new year, days when the sun’s presence is fleeting and the night lingers. It's a wonderful time for “going in” ~ for starting or brushing off creative projects.
This can be writing, visual art, music composition, sewing, starting a small biz, food prep, etc. Even cleaning the house or weeding the garden counts.
We are living in a difficult time, and there’s incredible power in dreaming of the next world, so we can be ready to share our gifts and show up for what comes next.
Being creative, and having creative outlets is an important part of being a healthy, balanced person.

FAQs
Do I have to attend live?
Yes! The medicine of these sessions are being present for your creative practice in real time. They will not be recorded. If you miss one or two, that’s totally ok. That’s modern life! We’ll miss you and we will look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
Do I have to be creative or “an artist” to participate?
No! And, I believe everyone is an artist, even if you don’t consider yourself one or it’s not on your resume. I struggled with the identity of being an artist for years, maybe still do! And I know that engaging our creative self is an important part of engaging our whole selves. All are welcome - no experience necessary.
You’re also welcome to use this time to do something else - like cry for 1 hour about the planet or prep veggies for the day or clean or go for a walk. Wherever you struggle with time, this hour is for you to reclaim it.
